O Manasa, bear with faith and reverence that
Here oppressors head rolls down to a day,
Here love never fails in go,
Here time heals the wound
Here tears are wiped
Here prayers are heard
Here liberation is awarded
Here self get a fair glimpse unto
Here god is verily seen with
Here justice neither delayed nor denied , O Manasa, it is refuge of Lord Krishna

Here Karma works-you can do and undo

Veiled as i am by my yogmaya, i am no manifest to all, hence ignorants folk fail to recognize me, the birth less undecaying supreme,

Through Single minded devotion, of course, i can be seen in this form, known in essence and even entered to,

O Arjuna, constantly remember me and fight, with your mind and intellect thus offered to me-you will certainly come to me,

Thus Mentally offering all actions to me and devoting yourself wholly to me and resorting to Karmayoga in the form of equanimity of mind, have your thought constantly fixed on me,

He who follows these injunctions will find that all his activities, physical, mental and intellectual have got reformed, that all his time, labour and money have been well spent and through the grace of god he soon will easily attain supreme peace and bliss,

In this world two courses of Sadhana that spiritual discipline have been enunciated by me in the past,

In Case of Sankhya Yogi, The Aspirants proceeds along the path of knowledge

Whereas in the case of the Karma_Yogi, it proceeds along the path of Action,

Man does not attain freedom from action without entering upon action, does he reach perfection,

Surely, none can ever remain inactive even for a moment, For everyone is helplessly driven to action by modes of nature born qualities,

man needs to perform prescribed duties as for action is superior to inaction,

Desisting from action, one cannot maintain body,

Man is bound by action except when it is performed for the sake of sacrifice,

Therefore, Arjuna-do you efficiently perform your duty, free from attachments, for the sake of Sacrifice alone,

Lord Krishna Said to Arjuna unto the truth of realized soul with stable mind,

When one thoroughly cast off all cravings of the mind. and is satisfied in the self through the joy of the self, he is then called stable of mind,

The sage whose Mind remains unperturbed amid sorrows, whose thirst for pleasures has altogether disappeared and who is free from passion, fear and anger is called stable of Mind,

He who is unattached to everything, and the meeting with good and evil at same pitch,

Sense objects turn away from him, who does not enjoy them with his senses, but the taste for them persists, This relish disappears in the case of the man of stable mind when he realize the supreme,

Turbulent by nature, the senses even of a wise man, who is practising self control, forcible carry away his mind,

Therefore, having controlled all the senses and concentrating his mind, he should sit for meditation, devoting himself and soul to me,for, he whose senses are under his control, is known to have a stable mind,

The man dwelling on sense objects develops attachment for them, from attachment springs up desire and from desire ensures anger,

From anger arise delusion, from delusion confusion of memory which leads to lose of reason that cause ruin,

He who has not controlled his mind  and senses, can have no determinate intellect nor contemplation,

Without contemplation, no peace-how can there be happiness for one lacking peace of mind, he whose sense are completely restrained from their sense objects, is said to have stable mind,

In this world there is no purifier as great as Knowledge; he who has attained purity of heart through prolonged practice of Karmayoga, automatically sees the light of truth in the self in course of time,

He who has mastered his senses, is exclusively devoted to his practice and is full of faith, attain knowledge, having had the revelation of truth, he immediately attain supreme peace in the form of God Realization,

He who lacks discrimination, is devoid of faith and is at the time possessed by doubt, is lost to spiritual path, for the doubting soul there is neither this world nor the world beyond, not even happiness,

Action Do not bind him who has dedicated all his actions to god according to the spirit of Karmayoga,

i Manifest myself from age to age

You and I have passed through many birth, I remember them all but you do not remember, O chastiser of foes,

Though Birthless and Immortal and the Lord of all beings, I manifest through my own Yogmaya, keeping my nature under control,

Whenever righteousness is on decline and unrighteousness on ascendant, then i Body myself forth,

For Protection of the virtues, for extirpation of evil doers and for establishing Dharma on a firm footing, i Manifest myself from age to age,

  May Birth and my activities are divine, he who knows this in reality is not reborn on leaving his body but come to me,
