Calm water does not have waves but it cannot be said that there is no waves in it at all, State of mind is like waves in the ocean and yoga helps one to cure it to the state of calmness,

The person with firm conviction attains the Brahma and yoga helps one unto path of that conviction,

It needs the spirit of discrimination at its optimise pitch to make fair use of conscious and yoga helps man varyingly unto Subject,

Knowledge unto truth of Atman and the Brahma is prime subject for man and yoga is great contributor unto truth of it,

Whatever exist and is revealed is the Atman itself and to reach at this truth Yoga is the Path,

Yoga is a great purifier and purity matters the most in yoga,

To take refuge in truth is a great achievement for soul and yoga is the path,

Eternal journey that journey unto self is a define form of pilgrimage and yoga helps one to attain so,

The Atman is the nature of consciousness yet under the influence of Maya it reacts differently, yoga connects one with true self,
