Hare Krishna
Lord Krishna To Arjuna_He who is unattached to everything and meeting good and evil, neither rejoices nor recoils, his mind is stable,
When like a tortoise that draws its limbs from all directions, he withdraws all his sense from the sense objects, his mind becomes study,
Sense objects turn away from whim who does not enjoy with senses, but the taste for them persists, this relish also disappears in the case of the man of stable mind when he realize the supreme,
Turbulent by nature, the senses even of wise man, who is practising self control, forcible carry away his mind,
Therefore having controlled all the senses and concentrating his mind he should sit for meditation, devoting heart and soul to me, for he whose senses are under his control is known to have a stable mind,
The man dwelling in sense objects develops attachments for them, from attachment springs up desire, from desire that unfulfilled ensues anger,
From Anger arise delusion, from delusion confusion of memory and from confusion of memory-lose of reason and from lose f reason one goes complete ruin,
Jai sri Krishna
