Traffic congestion is a problem of every city and town and it is a man made problem,
Poor governance is the prime cause, ignorance of drivers add fuel to the problem, it is evil doers that script the hell on roads and it is a recurring process in present scenario due to least effective enforcing agency,
Capital city Delhi is too facing this truth at high pitch, Few precautions may help the subject but immediate action against evil doers may prove fruitful,
Road must not be used for parking in any case, let it to be the drive way for vehicles, People park the vehicle on road sides create undue problem for others,
